Ingredients

New potatoes, raw

800 g, halved

Red onion

2 small, cut into wedges

Garlic

4 clove(s), skin left on and gently crushed

Rosemary, Fresh

2 sprig(s), leaves picked and chopped

Rapeseed Oil

1 tablespoon(s)

Chorizo Sausage

100 g, sliced

Broccoli, raw

250 g

Chicken breast, skinless, raw

4 medium, slashed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the potatoes, onions, garlic and rosemary into a large roasting tin. Toss together with the oil and season to taste. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the chorizo, broccoli florets, and the chicken to the tin and cook, uncovered, for another 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and golden
