Capers, in Brine
2 teaspoon(s), chopped
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon(s), grated
Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
1 individual, medium, sliced
Black pepper
1 pinch
Sourdough Bread
2 serving(s)
Lettuce
4 leaf/leaves, small, torn
Instructions

Mix the herby yogurt dressing with the capers and 10g Parmesan. Add the sliced chicken and stir to coat. Season and chill.

When ready to eat, top 2 slices of sourdough with torn lettuce leaves, the chicken breast mixture and the remaining Parmesan.
