Chicken Caesar open sandwich
WW Herby yogurt dressing - mag recipe
Capers, in Brine
2 teaspoons, chopped
1 tablespoons, grated
Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
1 individual, medium, sliced
4 leaf/leaves, small, torn
- Mix the herby yogurt dressing with the capers and 10g Parmesan. Add the sliced chicken and stir to coat. Season and chill.
- When ready to eat, top 2 slices of sourdough with torn lettuce leaves, the chicken breast mixture and the remaining Parmesan.
