Bulgur wheat, dry

Chickpeas, cooked

75 g

Olives, in Brine

10 individual, drained

Spring Onions

2 medium, chopped

Avocado pear

¼ medium, chopped

Red pepper(s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bulgar wheat as per instructions on the pack, usually for about 12-15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and season to taste.
