The spicy chilli mayonnaise adds a hit of flavour to this classic combination of chicken and avocado in a soft tortilla wrap.

Sriracha sauce

15 ml

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Tortilla wrap

1 medium

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled

75 g, shredded

Avocado

30 g, peeled, stone removed and sliced

Lemon Juice, Fresh

Instructions

Put the reduced-fat mayonnaise and the sriracha sauce into a small bowl and mix together until combined.

Spread the sriracha mayo onto the tortilla and top with the shredded chicken breast and avocado.

Drizzle the lemon juice over the top and roll up the tortilla to serve.
