Plain bagel thins
1 individual
Avocado
50 g, mashed
Tomato
1 small, chopped into small chunks
Red onion
15 g, chopped
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon(s)
Chilli flakes
1 pinch
Coriander, fresh
2 sprig(s)
Wafer thin chicken
3 slice(s)
Instructions

Lightly toast the bagel thin.

Meanwhile, mix together the avocado, tomato, onion, lemon juice and chilli flakes, then season.

Spread the avocado mix over one half of the bagel. Add the coriander and chicken slices then top with the remaining bagel half to serve.
