Extra lean beef mince (5% fat), raw
1 medium, finely chopped
200 g, Romaine, chopped
4 large, finely chopped
Pickled gherkins, no added sugar
4 medium, drained, sliced
Half Fat Cheddar Cheese
½ medium, thinly sliced
Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

- Mist a large nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and heat over a medium-high heat. Add the beef and a pinch of salt. Reserve 1 tablespoon of onion and add the remaining onion to the pan. Cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring until the beef is cooked through and no longer pink. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, divide the lettuce between 4 bowls, then top each bowl with 1 chopped tomato, 1 sliced gherkin, 20g cheese and the red onion.
- Make the burger sauce by stirring together all the ingredients and the remaining white onion.
- Divide the beef mixture among the bowls of lettuce and serve with the burger sauce on the side.
