Porridge oats
180 g
Unsweetened almond drink
500 ml
Maple Syrup
2 tablespoon(s)
Flaked almonds
45 g
Raspberries

Blueberries
1 portion(s), medium
Egg, whole, raw
2 medium, raw
Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon(s)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5 and spray a large pie dish or 2 deep individual pie dishes with coconut oil cooking spray.

Mix all of the ingredients (except the berries and flaked almonds) together in a large bowl until well combined.

Add in the flaked almonds and berries and gently stir into the batter.

Pour the mixture into the pie dish(es) and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven or until golden brown and cooked through.
