Chaat salad with mango chutney dressing
180 g, baby leaf
1 can(s), large, drained
½ individual, medium, quartered lengthwise and sliced
½ medium, sliced
4 medium, sliced
Morrisons Japanese Rice Crackers
50 g, chopped
25 g, roughly chopped
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon(s), chopped
3 tablespoon(s), heaped
½ teaspoon(s), level
- In a small bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients and 3 tablespoons of water. Season with a pinch of salt, then set aside.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the spinach, chickpeas, cucumber, onion, radishes, and crackers. Sprinkle the peanuts on top. Then serve the salad with the dressing drizzled over.
