Ingredients

Carrot Juice

60 ml

Pineapple

165 g, frozen

Unsweetened Almond Drink

60 ml

Carrots, raw

1 medium

Agave Syrup

1 teaspoons, level

Root Ginger

½ teaspoons

Vanilla Extract

½ teaspoons, level

Pineapple

40 g, fresh

Desiccated Coconut

1 tablespoons

Sunflower Seeds

1 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Combine the juice, almond milk, carrot, frozen pineapple, agave, ginger, vanilla and 4 ice cubes in a blender; blitz briefly until thick and creamy. Spoon into a bowl; top with the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut and sunflower seeds.
