Easy tasty and a really simple way to spice up your porridge


Ingredients
Porridge oats
40 g
Skimmed Milk
250 ml
Carrots, raw
1 medium, grated
Mixed Spice
½ teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

Microwave the porridge oats and skimmed milk on high for 2½ minutes. Stir, then microwave again for another 1 minute, or until it’s at your desired consistency.

Stir in the grated carrot and mixed spice, then serve. For extra sweetness, you could add a small grated pear.
