Carbonara with WW Lentil Spaghetti

Bacon medallions, raw
200 g
Garlic

Half Fat Crème Frâiche
4 tablespoon(s), level
Salt

Black pepper
1 pinch
Yellow lentil pasta
180 g
Parsley, fresh

Instructions

Place a frying pan over medium heat and line with a WW non-stick pan liner. Add the chopped bacon medallions and cook until browned. Remove the pan liner and add the chopped garlic, crème fraîche, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the pasta to pack instructions. Then drain.

Add the pasta to the bacon mixture and toss so that the pasta is coated in the sauce. Sprinkle over the chopped parsley and serve.
