Caramelised banana porridge

4 medium, thickly sliced
- Put the oats, milk and 300ml water into a pan over a medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes until thick.
- Stir in the cinnamon and 2 tablespoons agave syrup, then remove from the heat. Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and set over a medium heat. Cook the bananas for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden, then add 2 tablespoons agave and allow to bubble and thicken before removing from the heat.
- Serve the porridge topped with the bananas and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
