Rise and dine with this perfect combo of sweet banana and tart blueberries.

Ingredients

Porridge oats

125 g

Skimmed Milk

500 ml

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Banana

1 medium, sliced

Blueberries

150 g

Agave Syrup

1 teaspoon(s), level

Honey

1 tablespoon(s), level

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats and milk together in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on full power for 2 minutes. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a nonstick frying pan and mist with cooking spray. Sear the banana over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes until caramelised.
  3. Add the berries to the banana and drizzle over the agave syrup. Shake the pan and let the mixture bubble for 1 minute.
  4. Divide the porridge between bowls and serve topped with the fruit mixture.

Notes

To make this vegan, swap the milk for your favourite dairy-free alternative. Remember to adjust the SmartPoints if you need to.
