- In a small pan, gently heat the oats and juice, stirring, until thick and creamy. This will take 1-2 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over a low heat and cook the banana for about 30 seconds on each side to caramelise.
- Serve the porridge topped with the banana and almonds, and sprinkled with the brown sugar.
