Parma Ham

2 slice(s), thin , torn into strips

Rocket

1 portion(s), to garnish

Olive Oil

1 teaspoons, extra virgin

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the sourdough. Once cool, spread each piece
  2. with the quark. Top with the melon and Parma ham
  3. and finish with the rocket leaves, a drizzle of oil and
  4. season with freshly ground black pepper.
