Cantaloupe Melon

4 slice(s), medium

Parma Ham

2 slice(s), thin , torn into strips

Rocket

1 portion(s), to garnish

Olive Oil

1 teaspoons, extra virgin

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the sourdough. Once cool, spread each piece with the quark. Top with the melon and Parma ham and finish with the rocket leaves, a drizzle of oil and season with freshly ground black pepper.
