Make this dish a complete meal by serving it with pasta or rice and a salad, or sautéed vegetables. Be sure to place the baking tray inside the oven for at least 10 minutes while you’re prepping the prawns—you want to hear the prawns sizzle when they hit the pan.

Ingredients
King Prawns, Raw
500 g, jumbo king prawns
Sriracha sauce
15 ml
Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon(s)
Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon(s)
Paprika
½ teaspoon(s), level
Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon(s), level
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon(s)
Parsley, fresh
2 tablespoon(s), roughly chopped
Instructions
1
Place an oven rack about 6-inches from the grill and place a rimmed baking tray on the rack. Set to a medium high heat.
2
In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cajun seasoning, paprika and garlic powder. Add the prawns to the bowl, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
3
Carefully remove the preheated baking tray from oven and using tongs, arrange the prawns in a single layer making sure they’re evenly spaced apart. Brush the prawns with any remaining spice mixture left in bowl. Return the baking tray to the oven and grill the prawns for 5-7 minutes, flipping half way through, until the prawns are cooked through.
4
Place the prawns on a serving platter, drizzle with the lemon juice, and garnish with parsley.
