Vegetarian Parmesan Style Hard Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Cut the butternut squash into wedges and put in a large roasting tin with the crushed garlic clove, sage and chilli flakes. Mist with cooking spray and toss to combine.Roast for 35-40 minutes until tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle over the cheese. Return to the oven for a further 8 minutes, then serve.
