Ingredients

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Chicken breast, skinless, raw

550 g, cut into 16 strips

Salt

½ teaspoon(s)

Paprika

½ teaspoon(s), level

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Low Fat Spread

2 tablespoon(s)

Hot Pepper Sauce (Tabasco)

4 teaspoon(s)

Blue cheese salad dressing

120 ml

Celery, Raw

4 stick(s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Mist a large nonstick pan with cooking spray and put over a medium-high heat.
  2. Place the chicken on a plate and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly browned and cooked through. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds with the heat on low.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the low fat spread and hot sauce until the spread has melted. Serve the chicken with blue cheese dressing and celery on the side.

Notes

Take the spiciness level of the chicken down a notch by adding just a few drops of hot sauce to the mixture.
