Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, raw
500 g, trimmed and very thinly sliced
Red onion
½ medium, thinly sliced
Dried Berries & Cherries
100 g
Hazelnuts
40 g, chopped
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon(s)
Lemon
½ zest(s) of 1
Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 tablespoon(s)
Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon(s), heaped
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sprouts, red onion and the cherries.

In a small jar, combine the dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Seal the lid and shake the jar to emulsify the dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the sprouts mixture and toss well to coat. Arrange in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
