Broccoli, prawn & chilli pizza
Put down that pizza menu. This easy flatbread is topped with fresh, zesty ingredients that’ll kick your usual takeout to the kerb.
1 individual, medium, wholemeal
Calorie controlled cooking spray
King Prawns, Raw
50 g, peeled
75 g, tenderstem, cut into 5cm lengths
30 g, torn into chunks
Chilli, green or red
½ individual, deseeded and thinly sliced
Lemon Juice, Fresh
½ zest(s) of 1
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Put the flatbread on a baking tray, lightly mist with cooking spray and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until crisp.
- Spread the flatbread with the passata. Top with the prawns, broccoli, mozzarella and half the chilli. Grill for 6 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the prawns are cooked through.
- Whisk together the oil, lemon zest, juice and remaining chilli. Top the pizza with the rocket leaves and drizzle over the oil.
