Broad beans, frozen, boiled
1 clove(s), crushed
2 medium, thinly sliced
Medium Fat Soft Goat's Cheese
½ zest(s) of 1
Lemon Juice, Fresh
- Cook the broad beans to pack instructions. Drain, pod, and refresh under cold water.
- In a food processor, blitz the garlic, spring onions, goats’ cheese, olive oil, lemon zest and juice and most of the mint in a food processor and blitz to a coarse paste. Transfer to a serving bowl, season then chill for 1 hour.
- Serve topped with remaining mint leaves.
Serve with veggie crudités or toasted pittas.
