White English muffin
½ medium, toasted
Tomato

Instructions

Scrambled 1 egg over a medium heat. Once cooked top each half of English muffin with egg.

Top each half with 2 tomato slices and 2 Tbsp cheese. Grill until cheese starts to brown; garnish with basil.
