Egg, whole, raw

1 medium, raw

White English Muffin

½ medium, toasted

Tomato

1 small, sliced

Basil, fresh

½ tablespoons

Light Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Scrambled 1 egg over a medium heat. Once cooked top each half of English muffin with egg.
  2. Top each half with 2 tomato slices and 2 Tbsp cheese. Grill until cheese starts to brown; garnish with basil.
