Yep, a banana split for breakfast! Think of this as a fun spin on your usual yogurt and fruit and use whatever berries or nut butters you have on hand.

Ingredients

Banana

2 medium, halved lengthways

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon(s)

Smooth almond butter

2 tablespoon(s)

Strawberries

65 g, sliced

Aldi Harvest Morn Low Sugar Granola

30 g

Instructions

  1. Arrange the banana halves in a shallow serving bowl and top with the yogurt.
  2. Stir the almond butter until smooth and spoon over the top. Scatter the strawberries on top of and around the banana. Sprinkle the bananas with the granola and serve.
