Ingredients

Egg, whole, raw

1 medium, raw

WW Protein Booster Red Fruits

100 g

Baking powder

1 teaspoons, level

Skimmed Milk

300 ml

Honey

1 tablespoons, level

Blueberries

1 portion(s), medium

Icing Sugar

1 teaspoons, level

Instructions

  1. Crack the egg in a large bowl. Add the WW Protein Booster Red Fruits, baking powder, milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the batter gets smooth.
  2. Put a nonstick frying pan on medium heat. When it is hot, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan. Cook one pancake at a time for 2-3 minutes. When it starts to brown on the edge and gets little bubbles on top, use a spatula to turn it over. Cook for another minute.
  3. Transfer to a plate and continue with the rest of the batter. Serve hot or warm, covered with maple syrup, sliced banana and cocoa powder.
