Blackberries

Blueberries

Strawberries

Low Fat Fruit Yogurt
150 g
Skimmed Milk

Mint, Fresh

Put the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend for a few seconds until smooth. Alternatively, use a hand-held electric stick blender to whizz the ingredients together. Pour into glasses and serve at once. Garnish with a mint sprig, if you like.
