Ingredients

Porridge oats

30 g

No Added Sugar Fruit Juice Drink/Squash, Ready to Drink

200 g, pomegranate

Blueberries

60 g

Fat Free Natural Yogurt

50 g

Instructions

  1. If you have time, soak the oats in the pomegranate juice for 5 minutes to soften them, and give a smoother texture. However, it's not essential to do this if you're in a hurry.
  2. Add the blueberries, yogurt and ice cubes to the oats and juice in a liquidiser (or you can use a hand held blender) and blitz until smooth.
  3. Divide between 2 glasses to serve.
