Blueberry & pomegranate blitz
No Added Sugar Fruit Juice Drink/Squash, Ready to Drink
200 g, pomegranate
Fat Free Natural Yogurt
- If you have time, soak the oats in the pomegranate juice for 5 minutes to soften them, and give a smoother texture. However, it's not essential to do this if you're in a hurry.
- Add the blueberries, yogurt and ice cubes to the oats and juice in a liquidiser (or you can use a hand held blender) and blitz until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses to serve.
