Garden of Eatin' Blue Chips Corn Tortilla Chips
Pinto Beans, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained, drained and rinsed
2 large, plum, chopped
2 medium, trimmed and sliced
Tesco Sliced Green Jalapenos in Brine
1 tablespoons, drained, drained and chopped
WW Reduced Fat Grated Mature Cheese
1 tablespoons, chopped
1 medium, wedges, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist a large baking tray with cooking spray.
- Arrange two-thirds of the tortilla chips on the prepared baking dish in a single layer. Top with the beans, tomatoes, spring onions, and jalapeños. Crush the remaining tortilla chips and scatter over the top, then scatter over the grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted. Scatter over the coriander and serve with the lime wedges on the side.
