Blue cheese & gnocchi bake

Guests at short notice? This easy meat-free bake is the perfect solution – with just six ingredients and only 10 minutes’ prep time, it’s a brilliant no-fuss dish that looks and tastes amazing.
Medium fat soft cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Cook the broccoli in a pan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes until just tender.
- Meanwhile, combine the soft cheese, milk and Stilton in a mixing bowl. Season well with freshly ground black pepper.
- Lift the broccoli from the pan with a slotted spoon, reserving the water. Cook the gnocchi to pack instructions in the same pan. Drain well.
- Transfer the gnocchi and broccoli to an ovenproof dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and ensure everything is well coated. Scatter over the grated cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
