Ingredients

Broccoli, raw

400 g

Medium fat soft cheese

200 g

Skimmed Milk

100 ml

Stilton

50 g

Gnocchi, Fresh

500 g

Parmesan Cheese

20 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Cook the broccoli in a pan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes until just tender.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the soft cheese, milk and Stilton in a mixing bowl. Season well with freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Lift the broccoli from the pan with a slotted spoon, reserving the water. Cook the gnocchi to pack instructions in the same pan. Drain well.
  4. Transfer the gnocchi and broccoli to an ovenproof dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and ensure everything is well coated. Scatter over the grated cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
