BLT with chicken
Bacon medallions, raw
WW Soft Malted Danish Bread
Bart Harissa Paste
Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
70 g, sliced
1 leaf/leaves, small, such as iceberg or cos
1 large, sliced
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoons, to serve
- Put the bacon in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until crisp.
- Toast the bread, spread with the harissa, then top one slice with the tomato, lettuce, bacon and chicken.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, drizzle over a little lemon juice, then top with the remaining slice of toast to serve.
