Tuck into a delicious but healthy sandwich.

Ingredients

Bacon medallions, raw

2 rasher(s)

Calorie Controlled Brown Bread

2 slice(s)

Harissa paste

1 teaspoon(s)

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled

70 g, sliced

Lettuce

1 leaf/leaves, small, such as iceberg or cos

Tomato

1 large, sliced

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 teaspoon(s), to serve

Instructions

  1. Put the bacon in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until crisp.
  2. Toast the bread, spread with the harissa, then top one slice with the tomato, lettuce, bacon and chicken.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, drizzle over a little lemon juice, then top with the remaining slice of toast to serve.
