Blackberry & rosemary fizz

Fresh berries and rosemary make this summery sparkler irresistible.

- Put the blackberries and lemon juice in a small food processor or blender and whizz to a smooth purée. Press through a sieve or tea strainer into a small bowl and discard the seeds.
- Divide the blackberry purée between 4 Champagne flutes or cocktail glasses. Put the rosemary sprigs on a chopping board and use a rolling pin to lightly roll over the sprigs and crush the leaves a little. Add a sprig to each glass with a few ice cubes.
- Top up the glasses with the lemonade, stir everything together using the rosemary sprigs and serve.
MAKE IT A CELEBRATION: Instead of lemonade, top up with 400ml Prosecco for a total of 3 SmartPoints per drink. MAKE IT A TALL SPRITZER FOR 2: Divide the blackberry purée between 2 tall glasses, add the rosemary and ice, then stir 100ml white wine into each glass and top up with 150ml sugar-free lemonade for a total of 4 SmartPoints per drink.
