Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist an 18cm-square cake tin with cooking spray and line with baking paper. Put the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a medium mixing bowl and mix until combined.

Add the eggs, yogurt, vanilla essence, lemon juice and zest and mix to combine.

Add around 90g of the blackberries and about 20g of the chocolate chips and stir in until just combined. Pour the mixture into the lined tin and arrange the rest of the blackberries and chocolate chips on top.

Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool before cutting into 8 portions.
