This fruity no-cook breakfast is the perfect choice if you fancy a lie-in – all the work is done the night before.


Ingredients
Porridge oats
150 g
Dried Apricots
60 g
Skimmed Milk
600 ml
Raspberries
200 g
Instructions

Put the oats and apricots in a large bowl and pour the milk over. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve the muesli chilled, with the raspberries stirred through.
