This fruity no-cook breakfast is the perfect choice if you fancy a lie-in – all the work is done the night before.

Ingredients

Quaker Rolled Oats

150 g

Dried Apricots

60 g

Skimmed Milk

600 ml

Raspberries

200 g

Instructions

  1. Put the oats and apricots in a large bowl and pour the milk over. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve the muesli chilled, with the raspberries stirred through.

Notes

Add half a cored and grated apple or pear for a fruity flavour boost and no extra SmartPoints.
