Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

100 g

Icing Sugar

20 g

Vanilla Extract

½ teaspoons, level

WW All Butter Shortbread Thins

Blackberries

40 g, halved

Raspberries

40 g, halved

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt, half the icing sugar and the vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. To assemble the stacks, top 1 biscuit with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture, a few berries and another biscuit. Repeat, then finish with another spoonful of the yogurt and some more berries. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients to make 4 stacks. Dust over the remaining icing sugar and serve.

Notes

You can use any berries you like in these biscuit stacks.
