Ingredients

Porridge oats

30 g

Semi Skimmed Milk

160 ml

Apple

½ medium, peeled and grated

Frozen Mixed Berries

1 serving(s)

Ground Cinnamon

1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Put the porridge oats, skimmed milk and grated apple in a small pan and set over a medium heat and cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes until oats are soft and the mixture is creamy.
  2. When the porridge is cooked, remove from the heat and scatter over a small handful of frozen mixed berries. Cover and set aside for 2 minutes until the berries have completely thawed, then serve with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
