Beetroot, goat's cheese & rocket pizza topping

- Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Thinly slice the beetroot and goat’s cheese.
- Spread one-third of the tomato pizza sauce over 1 pizza base (see pizza base and tomato pizza sauce recipes). Top with the beetroot and goat’s cheese slices, then drizzle over the honey and scatter over the capers. Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve garnished with rocket leaves.
