This easy yogurt-based dip makes a great family-friendly snack.

Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

250 g

Red pepper

1 medium, sliced

Basil, fresh

1 tablespoon(s)

Lemon

½ zest(s) of 1

Lemon Juice, Fresh

10 ml

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt in a mini processor with a handful of fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped, and the juice of half a lemon. Blitz until you have a smooth consistency. Season well and transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon zest to finish. Serve the dips in little pots, garnished with sprigs of herbs and crudités for dunking.
