Instructions

  1. Purée 65g mango flesh in a mini food processor, then set aside.
  2. Halve 4 peaches then remove the stones. Mist the grill of a barbecue with cooking spray, then heat to medium-high. Mist the peaches with cooking spray, then grill, cut-side down, for 2 minutes, or until charred. Flip and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Serve topped with the mango purée and raspberries.
