Barbecued fruit skewers
Barbecues aren’t just for cooking up sausages and burgers! Firm, ripe fruits that hold their shape are perfect for barbecuing, and are a delectable end to any meal
Calorie controlled cooking spray
- Thread 12 x 4cm pieces honeydew melon, 12 hulled strawberries, and 12 x 4cm pieces mango onto skewers, and set aside. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand, to prevent burning.
- Mist the grill of a barbecue with calorie controlled cooking spray, then heat to medium-high. Grill the skewers for 1-2 minutes each side, until just charred. Serve with 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint scattered over.
