4 medium, 2 very ripe and mashed and 2 ripe bananas, sliced

- Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Mist a 4-hole silicone waffle mould with cooking spray and put on a baking sheet.
- Combine the oats, baking powder, cocoa powder, milk, mashed bananas and egg in a bowl. Divide the mixture between the prepared moulds, then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a little crisp around the edges.
- Carefully turn out the waffles onto plates. Top with the sliced bananas and yogurt, then drizzle 1 tablespoon toffee sauce over each waffle.
