Banana mocha frappe
1 teaspoons, level
1 medium, large banana, frozen & chopped
Unsweetened Skimmed Oat Drink
- Stir the cocoa powder into 80ml freshly brewed espresso coffee until dissolved. Put 8 ice cubes into a blender and pour over the mocha espresso.
- Let cool, then add the frozen banana and oat milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, then pour into glasses or travel mugs to serve.
The mixture will settle and separate slightly so if you’re taking it out and about, make sure you give it a good stir or shake before drinking.
