Banana ice 'cream' cones with chocolate

Familiar with the banana ice-cream hack? Trust us, it really does work! And we’ve made it even dreamier with the addition of Greek yogurt. Oh, and the choc-nut topping doesn’t hurt, either…


Ingredients
Banana
3 medium, chopped
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
60 g
Waffle cones
6 individual
Dark Chocolate
40 g, 70%, chopped
Almonds
1 tablespoon(s), toasted, finely chopped
Instructions

Put the chopped bananas in a small, airtight container and freeze until firm. Blitz the frozen banana pieces and the yogurt in a food processor for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.

Scoop the banana mixture into the cones. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or in the microwave), then drizzle over the frozen 'ice cream'. Scatter the nuts over the chocolate, and serve.
