This easy, 3-ingredient dessert is full of rich, chocolatey flavour.


Ingredients
Banana
4 medium
Raw cacao powder
45 g
Pistachios
15 g
Instructions

Put the chopped bananas in a freezable food bag, seal and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Put the frozen bananas and the cacao powder into the bowl of a small food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.

Serve immediately with the pistachios scattered over, or transfer to a freezable container and freeze until ready to serve.
