Get all the flavors of homemade banana bread in a bowl. Serve topped with fresh sliced bananas and berries or any fresh fruit you have on hand.

Ingredients

Porridge oats

320 g

Skimmed Milk

1800 ml

Banana(s)

4 medium

Ground Cinnamon

1 tablespoons, level

Light Brown Sugar

3 tablespoons

Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoons, level

Salt

1 teaspoons

Ground Nutmeg

¼ teaspoons, level

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Notes

Serve topped with fresh sliced bananas, banana slices cooked in a frying with cooking spray and/or blackberries.
