Ingredients

Sweet potato, raw

400 g

Olive Oil

1 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6 and line two large baking trays with baking paper.
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes into 2mm thick rounds and put in a large bowl. Drizzle over the olive oil, season to taste and toss to combine.
  3. Spread out the sweet potato crisps on the prepared baking trays in single layers.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crisp. Allow to cool, then serve.
