Tasty and quick, you'll have this snack wrapped up in no time!

Ingredients

Avocado pear

1 individual, peeled, pitted and chopped

Tomato

1 large, finely chopped

Cucumber

1 portion(s), medium, approx. 3cm, finely chopped

Spring Onions

2 medium, finely chopped

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 teaspoons, or vinegar

Tortilla wrap(s)

2 medium, wraps

Medium fat soft cheese

4 tablespoons

Lettuce

4 leaf/leaves, small, shredded

Salt

1 pinch

Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together the avocado, tomato, cucumber and spring onions. Add a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar and stir well.
  2. Lay the tortillas on a work surface and spread 2 tbsp of low fat soft cheese over each one. Scatter some shredded lettuce over them, then share the avocado mixture evenly over the surface.
  3. Fold in the two opposite sides of the wraps slightly so that the filling is enclosed, then roll them up tightly. Slice in half just before serving.

Notes

Serve with extra salad on the side.
