Ingredients

Chickpeas, cooked

1 can(s), large, drained

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 tablespoon(s)

Tahini paste (sesame paste)

1 tablespoon(s)

Avocado

100 g, roughly chopped

Sourdough Bread

80 g

Waitrose Dukkah

1 tablespoon(s)

Rocket

4 portion(s)

Instructions

  1. Blitz the chickpeas with the lemon juice and tahini in a food processor to a smooth paste. Add the avocado and whizz again. Season to taste.
  2. Lightly toast the sourdough. Spread the houmous over each slice. Sprinkle with dukkah and garnish with the rocket leaves to serve.

Notes

Make the houmous as close to serving as possible, as it may turn brown if left standing.
