Trifle for breakfast? What a good idea! This recipe is ready in 5 minutes flat – ideal for those busy weekday mornings.

Calorie controlled cooking spray

8 spray(s)

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

250 g

Orange(s)

2 medium, peeled and segmented

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to low and line the grill pan with kitchen foil. Arrange the avocado banana bread slices on the grill pan and mist with cooking spray. Grill for 2 minutes, until toasted, then turn and mist with more cooking spray. Grill for another 2 minutes, until toasted, then cut into cubes.
  2. Divide half the yogurt between serving glasses and top with half the orange segments and half the banana bread cubes. Repeat with the remaining yogurt, orange segments and banana bread cubes, then serve.
