3 individual, halved, stone removed
15 g, chopped
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and 1 teaspoon honey, then set aside. Put the apricot halves in 2 dessert bowls. Spoon over the yogurt mixture, then scatter over the chopped pistachios. Drizzle each portion with the remaining honey, then serve.
