Apricot and soya milk smoothie
Apricots in juice, not drained
Unsweetened Soya Milk
1¾ serving(s), 1/4 pint, 250ml
- Drain the apricots, reserving the juice. Place in a blender with the banana, soya milk and 100ml of the reserved apricot juice. Whizz until smooth.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
