Apple, elderflower & mint mocktail
Cut through the richness of all that Christmas food with this light, refreshing mocktail
350 ml, as purchased, cloudy
4 sprig(s), 12 leaves
Sparkling elderflower presse
- Put 350ml cloudy apple juice and 12 mint leaves in a large jug and muddle using a cocktail muddler. If you don’t have one, use the end of a rolling pin or the back of a spoon.
- Top up with 400ml sparkling elderflower pressé, stir and add ice.
- To serve, divide between 4 chilled tumblers and decorate with some extra mint leaves.
